General conditions

The registration fee includes: Congress documentation, access to scientific sessions and the commercial exhibition area, working lunches, coffee breaks, and access to the congress virtual classroom.

(**) To attend the Congress Dinner and the Costume Party, it will be essential to register and make the corresponding payment through the Congress website.

(*) Degree students are required to submit a copy of their enrollment by email to info@siodec.org. 

IMPORTANT: No registration will be processed without prior payment.

Important Note: In order to send you the attendance certificate, we need you to provide us with your complete information and your email address.


Discount Policy

Bring a friend or your coworkers (valid for coworkers from the same workplace):

• 395€ for the member who brings a friend or a partner;

• 450€ for the friend or partner: includes a registration fee for the Congress of 400€ and a 50€ membership fee for SIODERV for 2025.

Applicable requirements for the friend or coworker:

  • The friend has not been a member of SIODERV in the last 3 years.
  • The friend remains a member during 2026. In case of resignation, they will not be able to rejoin or benefit as a member for the next 3 years.

Groups of congress members:

Congress participants from sector groups (e.g., CIONE, Federopticos, ClaraVisión, etc.), upon accreditation of their status via email to info@siodec.org:

  • From 1 to 3 congress members: €475 per person
  • From 4 to 10 congress members: €450
  • More than 10 congress members: €425


Possibility of deferred payment (for associates only)

  • Until May 15: reserve your spot (€100) and split the rest into 6 interest-free installments.
  • Until June 15: reserve your spot (€100) and split it into 4 interest-free installments.

The reservation fee is non-refundable and is not subject to the cancellation policy.


Cancellation Policy

Name changes

• They can only be made until September 23, 2025. No changes will be accepted after this date.

• To make a name change, you need to send an email with the details of the new congressperson to the attention of the Technical Secretariat, via the email info@siodec.org.

Cancelations

• Cancellations must be made in writing and communicated to the email info@siodec.org

Until July 22, 2025: The registration fee will be refunded, deducting 25% for administrative expenses.

• As of July 23, 2025: the cancellation of the registration will result in the loss of 100% of the registration fee.

• All returns will be processed after the event has concluded and must be requested before it starts. Once the event has begun, no changes or returns will be accepted.

🧾 Ya estoy inscrito/a

1. He reservado mi plaza antes del 15 de junio pero no la he pagado, ¿qué tengo que hacer?

Para poder beneficiarte del precio de pronto pago, es imprescindible completar el pago. Nosotros nos encargaremos de enviarte la factura con el importe restante y todas las indicaciones.

2. Ya he reservado mi plaza y he hecho un primer pago. ¿Cómo abono el resto?

No te preocupes: te enviaremos la factura con el importe pendiente y podrás completarlo cómodamente.

3. Quiero financiar mi inscripción, pero no lo indiqué en el formulario. ¿Qué hago?

Solo tienes que escribirnos a info@siodec.org y lo gestionaremos por ti. Recibirás una factura con las fechas de vencimiento y enlaces de pago. Puedes pagar con tarjeta, por PayPal o transferencia bancaria. Si estás en un país de la zona SEPA, también podemos domiciliar el pago.

4. Voy a presentar una conferencia libre. ¿Cómo procedo con la inscripción?

Reserva tu plaza normalmente y realiza el primer pago. Nosotros aplicaremos el descuento correspondiente y te enviaremos la factura con el importe final ajustado.

5. Voy a presentar un póster. ¿Cómo debo proceder?

Igual que en el caso anterior: reserva tu plaza, haz el primer pago, y recibirás la factura con el descuento ya aplicado.

6. Quiero inscribirme con un/a amigo/a o compañero/a de trabajo. ¿Qué tengo que hacer?

Inscríbete y reserva tu plaza. En el formulario podrás añadir los datos de tu compañero/a y su email. Nosotros nos pondremos en contacto con él/ella para facilitarle el proceso. Ambos disfrutaréis de condiciones especiales.

¿Puedo inscribirme directamente pagando la totalidad?

¡Sí! Ya puedes completar tu inscripción abonando el total del importe. Si prefieres fraccionar el pago, indícalo en el formulario o escríbenos a info@siodec.org.

¿Están abiertas las inscripciones a la cena de gala y la fiesta de disfraces?

¡Sí! Puedes añadirlas directamente durante tu inscripción al congreso o apuntarte más adelante cuando quieras. Además, puedes asistir con acompañantes.

Identified access

Once registered, you will be able to access the "My Congress" section on the website by entering your username and password, which you can obtain through the password reminder option. Remember that these access credentials are unified with the platform and are always the same for accessing the SIODERV website.
