General conditions
The registration fee includes: Congress documentation, access to scientific sessions and the commercial exhibition area, working lunches, coffee breaks, and access to the congress virtual classroom.
(**) To attend the Congress Dinner and the Costume Party, it will be essential to register and make the corresponding payment through the Congress website.
(*) Degree students are required to submit a copy of their enrollment by email to info@siodec.org.
IMPORTANT: No registration will be processed without prior payment.
Important Note: In order to send you the attendance certificate, we need you to provide us with your complete information and your email address.
Discount Policy
Bring a friend or your coworkers (valid for coworkers from the same workplace):
• 395€ for the member who brings a friend or a partner;
• 450€ for the friend or partner: includes a registration fee for the Congress of 400€ and a 50€ membership fee for SIODERV for 2025.
Applicable requirements for the friend or coworker:
- The friend has not been a member of SIODERV in the last 3 years.
- The friend remains a member during 2026. In case of resignation, they will not be able to rejoin or benefit as a member for the next 3 years.
Groups of congress members:
Congress participants from sector groups (e.g., CIONE, Federopticos, ClaraVisión, etc.), upon accreditation of their status via email to info@siodec.org:
- From 1 to 3 congress members: €475 per person
- From 4 to 10 congress members: €450
- More than 10 congress members: €425
Possibility of deferred payment (for associates only)
- Until May 15: reserve your spot (€100) and split the rest into 6 interest-free installments.
- Until June 15: reserve your spot (€100) and split it into 4 interest-free installments.
The reservation fee is non-refundable and is not subject to the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Name changes
• They can only be made until September 23, 2025. No changes will be accepted after this date.
• To make a name change, you need to send an email with the details of the new congressperson to the attention of the Technical Secretariat, via the email info@siodec.org.
Cancelations
• Cancellations must be made in writing and communicated to the email info@siodec.org
• Until July 22, 2025: The registration fee will be refunded, deducting 25% for administrative expenses.
• As of July 23, 2025: the cancellation of the registration will result in the loss of 100% of the registration fee.
• All returns will be processed after the event has concluded and must be requested before it starts. Once the event has begun, no changes or returns will be accepted.

🧾 I am already registered
1. I reserved my spot before June 15th but I haven't paid for it, what do I need to do?
In order to benefit from the early payment price, it is essential to complete the payment. We will take care of sending you the invoice with the remaining amount and all the instructions..
2. I have already reserved my spot and made a first payment. How do I pay the rest?
Don't worry: we will send you the invoice with the outstanding amount and you will be able to complete it comfortably.
3. I want to finance my registration, but I didn't indicate it on the form. What should I do?
You just have to write to us at info@siodec.org and we will manage it for you. You will receive an invoice with the due dates and payment links. You can pay by card, via PayPal, or bank transfer. If you are in a SEPA zone country, we can also set up direct debit for the payment.
4. I am going to present a free conference. How do I proceed with the registration?
Reserve your spot as usual and make the first payment. We will apply the corresponding discount and send you the invoice with the adjusted final amount.
5. I'm going to present a poster. How should I proceed?
Just like in the previous case: reserve your spot, make the first payment, and you will receive the invoice with the discount already applied.
6. I want to sign up with a friend or coworker. What do I need to do?
Sign up and reserve your spot. In the form, you can add your partner's details and their email. We will contact them to facilitate the process. You both will enjoy special conditions.

Yes! You can add them directly during your registration for the congress or sign up later whenever you want. Additionally, you can attend with companions.
